Permits

Curaçao is not a heavy permitting country. There are just a few instances where you would need official permits.

Road Closures or Intermittent traffic control

When a road closure or intermittent traffic control on a public road is necessary a permit from the traffic police is required. When working with a local producer or fixer, this procedure can be arranged by them. For more information please contact the Film Office. 

Public Beaches

Public Beaches in Curaçao may not be closed to the public by law. When partial or full closure of a beach is necessary a permit from the Ministry of Environment is required. For more information please contact the Film Office.
