 Welcome to the Curaçao Film Office Production Directory. If you create a listing with the Curaçao Film Office, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

 The Curaçao Film Office Production Directory is a free online resource for the visual media industry of Curaçao. Industry professionals search the Directory on our website for talented Curaçao (freelance) individuals, companies and suppliers.

• Listing in the Directory is FREE. Each listing allows you to choose more than 1 category and multiple credits per category.
• The Directory is GREEN. The application process is online and accessible at any time.
• The Curaçao Film Office reserves the right to review all applications and deny any application that doesn’t belong in the directory.

Prerequisites to List

1.  Applicant must have a local address.
2. Applicant must be registered at The Curaçao Chamber of Commerce, providing a registration number.
3. Applicants must provide a cribnumber.
4. Applicant must provide at least one paid, verifiable, professional media industry (film, television, commercial, animation or video game) Job Credit that corresponds with each selected category.
5. Applicants are highly encouraged to include an active link to their website, IMDB profile or other page detailing their professional experience.

Note: Applicants who fail to follow the listed prerequisites or fail to provide accurate or complete information will not have their listing approved.

 It will be the applicants’ responsibility to inform the Curacao Film Office of any changes of address, phone number, occupation, or any other relevant information necessary to maintain the accuracies and integrity of the listing. The Curacao Film Office reserves the right to remove any listing considered to be inactive or unreachable to users.

 Chamber of Commerce and Crib number information will only be used for internal purposes and NOT be publicly shared in the directory.

Electronic Communications

When you send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of the Curaçao Film Office or its content suppliers and protected by Dutch and International copyright laws. 

Trademarks

The Curaçao Film Office trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not the Curaçao Film Office’s, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits the Curaçao Film Office.

How does the CFO handle your personal information?

Do you wish to be registered in the production directory of the CFO? Then we need your personal information, like name, e-mail and address. On the registration form it says which information the CFO uses for what purpose.

The CFO will only use your information for the purpose of which you have given them. Did you fill in your information on the registration form for our production directory then this information will only be used for a listing in that directory.

We are not in the business of selling information to others. Thus, for example, the CFO does not sell, and will never sell, information about you to external marketers, list brokers, or other third parties without user consent.

Storing personal information

The CFO does not store personal information for longer than strictly necessary for the purpose which you have given them. Where after they will be deleted.
